8php Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8php ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8php online gaming platform available at https://8php.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 8php Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8php.

To register and maintain an account on the 8php Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 8php does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the 8php Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through the 8php responsible gaming tools or by any regulatory authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8php or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

8php reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8php may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on the 8php Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8php Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If 8php determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8php account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 8php immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account by contacting our support team.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 8php conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8php accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your verified 8php account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. 8php reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to KYC verification being complete:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to bank processing times.

8php reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such delays.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 8php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 8php is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

8php offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 8php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 8php reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on the 8php Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

8php uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 8php will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 8php cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by technical issues beyond our control. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at 8php's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8php Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 8php immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8php staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the 8php Platform — including but not limited to the 8php name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 8php or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8php.

8php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on the 8php Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

8php implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8php, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

8php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8php account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8php does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8php makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

8php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 8php players and can be accessed through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 8php account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 8php Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if the termination is the result of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or other prohibited conduct. In all other cases, any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request the closure of your 8php account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 8php, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 8php customer support. 8php will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8php from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8php will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 8php Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
